Not wanting to miss out on adding to the increasing pile of AIM literature stacked on the bedside tables of directors of AIM companies, the National Association of Pension Funds (NAPF) published the "Corporate Governance Policy - Policy and Voting Guidelines for AIM Companies" in March.
