LONDON (19 December 2007)The London office of international law firm Faegre & Benson LLP advised the shareholders of Fitting Exposure Limited on its sale to Promotion Space Group Limited.
Corporate partner Edward Hoare led the deal, with assistance from Nick Jennings and Kamalprit Lally. Elizabeth Ruff provided advice on the commercial property aspects of the transaction.
