Faegre & Benson Advises EDS on its Acquisition of UK Vistorm

The London office of international law firm Faegre & Benson LLP advised EDS, a leading global technology services company, on its acquisition of Vistorm, a leading provider of information assurance and managed security services. The deal was led by Donald Stewart. Melanie Wadsworth, Simon Hughes and Oliver Staple completed the team. The Reading office of Osborne Clarke acted for Vistorm. (April 2008)

Faegre & Benson LLP advised Geo Genesis Group Ltd (“Geo Genesis” or “GGG”) on its admission to trading on the PLUS-quoted market of PLUS Markets plc, which became effective on 8 April 2008. The survey involved 200 companies currently quoted on AIM, 50 private companies and 50 institutional investors actively investing in companies listed on AIM. Of the 200 companies listed on AIM, 60 are overseas companies and 140 are UK companies. (March 2008)
