We offer summer programs in Minneapolis, Des Moines, Denver and Boulder. Our programs are designed to offer summer associates hands-on, real work to provide a thorough understanding of the work we do and the clients we serve.
In recruiting for our summer programs, we seek to hire intelligent, entrepreneurial law students with a strong motivation to succeed. We engage in a comprehensive hiring process and on average about 90 percent of our summer associates receive offers to join the firm and 90 percent of those receiving offers at the end of the summer decide to join us as associates.
The summer programs include daily interaction with our lawyers and also encourage peer interaction and the establishment of long lasting relationships among program classmates.
